Software End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Voidware Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to install and use our software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to discover source code
• Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit the software
• Use the software except as expressly permitted herein
• Remove, alter, obscure, or deface proprietary notices or trademarks

3. Ownership

All software, updates, and intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Voidware Studios and its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated.

4. Updates & Support

We may, at our discretion, provide updates, patches, or enhancements. Such updates are subject to this Agreement.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voidware Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voidware Studios be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the software.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Voidware Studios harmless from unauthorized use or distribution of the software.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
